Being a mum of 4 means my time is precious and getting to the gym is often a struggle. I started working with Alex about 2 years ago as I felt I need some structure to my diet and training. Like most I had been going to the gym and doing classes but never managed to get the results I wanted, diet fads and quick fixes were top of my list. Alex has helped me to understand I can enjoy eating the foods I love and still lose weight and get the physique I want. He cut through the rubbish thats out there in the fitness world that I had bought into and helped me to get a better balance in my life with both training and food.
I found Alex to be very knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Along with his enthusiasm and likeable personality, I found our training sessions to be an education that I looked forward to each and every time. And he obviously practices what he preaches, which I found inspiring as well as having total confidence that he knows how to improve your health and physique.
Alex set me a structured training plan for both workout and diet, this was the turning point for me and I started to at last see the results that had been so elusive in the past. My sessions are never easy but by having a plan in place its gets the results and keeps me right on things like training styles and techniques. My diet and training is nailed down now and Im excited to see where I end up in the future now having the knowledge on how to workout and eat without sacrificing my favourite foods.
